Hallmark 1 - success!

We are proud to report that Little GransdenVillage Hall has passed the Hallmark 1 accreditation for the third time - with full marks!


Hallmark is a nationally recognised quality assurance scheme designed for community buildings that was develped by ACRE during the 2000s. Its aims are to support, establish and reward good practic and encourage improvement in established customs and procedures.


Hallmark I is the first stage of three and deals with all the administration and management of the Hall - things like bookings and how we deal with them and what records we keep, meetings and how we run them and the minutes we keep and practical things like insurance and licensing.


We also have Hallmark II which focuses on Health & Safety and the building and grounds and it's our aim - in the not too distant future to achieve Hallmark III - community involvement, social awareness andforward planning!
